The deadlines have passed, but the payment has not been received?

Please request a payment confirmation document from your client and send it to our email start@easystaff.io. The document should contain the following details: beneficiary, sender, amount, and date of payment. This way, we can identify the reasons for the delay in your payment and expedite the crediting process!

How long does it take to receive funds:

If invoice is paid via bank account details — from 3 to 5 business days from the payment date
If invoice is paid via a Stripe payment link — from a few minutes to 3 hours from the moment of payment

How long does it take to withdraw funds:

within 3 business days after creating a withdrawal request

EasyStart does not allow transactions between your accounts. Such operations may lead to permanent account blocking.

Payments via the Stripe link (if a customer pays an invoice with a bank card) are being held for 3 full business days before the amount becomes available for withdrawal. To get rid of the hold, get the Trusted status!

Customer = the sender of the payment, the payment will be rejected if the customer data in the invoice differs from the data of the real payer

The payment may be returned to the sender if:

the details when making the payment were entered incorrectly;
the customer's information in the invoice does not correspond to the information of the actual payer;
the amount received is less than expected on the invoice and the freelancer refuses to receive it;
our security system identifies the transaction as fraudulent

WE RESERVE A RIGHT TO

Trusted STATUS

Privileges of Trusted status:

funds received through the Stripe payment link when paying an invoice will not be held for 3 days
you will be able to withdraw in cryptocurrency
your new customers will be able to use Fast payment via Stripe

How to get Trusted:

you must not have had a single chargeback in the last 4 months
you must fulfill any 2 of the points below:

receive payment from 3 or more different clients
receive 20 or more payments
the amount of payments for the entire period of service use must be more than 3000 EUR/USD
