Navigate to the Home main page. Here, you will see the corresponding balance in your service account. To withdraw this amount, click on the Balance Payout button.

Before proceeding, ensure that you have selected the correct withdrawal method (in the Payout details menu):

• Card MC/VISA — withdrawal to a bank card, specify the 16-digit card number
• USDT (TRC-20) and USDT (ERC-20) — withdrawal to a wallet in the USDT cryptocurrency
• SWIFT — bank transfer via the SWIFT system, specify the account number and the bank’s SWIFT code
• SEPA — bank transfer via the SEPA system, specify the account number and the bank’s BIC code

The service will review and process the request to withdraw funds to your card, account or cryptocurrency wallet. The maximum payout processing time is 3 business days. Until the request is complete, it remains in a pending status.

In our service, there is also the option for partial withdrawal of funds. An additional fee for this service is 1 EUR/USD, and the minimum permissible amount for partial withdrawal is 100 EUR/USD.When partially withdrawing both EUR and USD, the total commission will be 1 EUR and 1 USD

Things to notice:

• Incoming payments via the Stripe link (i.e., payments made with a credit card) are frozen for a period of 3 days before the amount becomes available for withdrawal. Any new payment via Stripe within these three days extends the withdrawal period by 3 days. For more details, refer to the Rules section

• The current withdrawal fee charged by the service is specified in the Payout details

• The minimum withdrawal amount to a bank card is 20 EUR/USD, to an account (SWIFT/SEPA) is 100 EUR/USD, to a cryptowallet is 100 EUR/USD

• When choosing SWIFT/SEPA, ensure that the bank account is strictly registered under your name. The address you specified in your profile has to match the address you specified to the bank

• Withdrawal to cryptocurrency, as well as releasing holds, is available to users who have achieved TRUSTED status. For more information, refer to the Rules section
