To access the full functionality of the service, you need to complete the verification and confirm your identity. To do this, go to the Verification tab and click the green "Start verification process" button.


For security and profile authorization, the system will ask you to take a photo of your document and capture an image of your face. Verification can be done using a local passport, an international passport or another document from the list. Profile, photo, and document verification may take up to 24 hours during business hours!

The service will automatically transfer information from your profile to the Personal Data window. Make sure that your name, surname and the date of birth are correct and click the "Continue" button.

Prepare the identity document for verification, click "Take a picture" and select the type of your document.
Next, the camera will activate for you to take a photo. Make sure that the side with the photo is present, the document is fully visible, the edges of the document are within the frame, and glares, reflections or foreign objects do not obstruct the readability of the data.
For convenience, you can download our mobile application from the Apple Store or Google Play and take a photo of the document with your phone.

Once the system receives the photo, you will see it requesting an access to the camera. At this stage, you will need to take a photo of your face for the system to compare it with the photo on the document. Please note that the face should be in a frontal position, without expressing strong emotions, and well-lit. Glasses, hair, or foreign objects should not obstruct the recognition of facial features. Also, the photo must be taken at the time of verification.
After the system accepts your photo, you will need to wait for the profile, photo and document verification by our service.
After the verification procedure is successfully completed, the status in the Personal profile will change to Verified and you will receive a contract with the service by email. Signing the contract is not a mandatory requirement for using the service. Contract signing is done through the third-party electronic signature service Xodo Sign.

Things to notice:
  • If your passport is old, hardly readable or handwritten, please use another valid document, such as a driver’s license or an international passport
  • Photos of the document and the user’s face must be taken at the time of verification; screenshots from device screens or other media will not be accepted by the system
  • For the security of the service, additional identity verification may be required, including a phone call or a portfolio request. The service may initiate additional verification at any time to prevent or stop fraudulent activities
