In order for you to have access to all the functionality of the service, go through the verification process and confirm your identity.
Verification
For security purposes, the system will ask you to photograph the document, take a photo of your face and make a few movements to show that you are a living person.
For convenience, you can download our app for phone in the
Apple Store or
Google Play and take a photo of the document from the phone.
Suitable documents: local passport, international passport or another document from
this list.
Verification time estimate: verification of a profile, photo and uploaded document will be completed within 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 GMT+3).
The service will automatically transfer information from 'My profile' to the 'Personal data' window.
If your first name, last name and date of birth are correct, click the 'Continue' button; otherwise, please provide correct information.
Prepare your identification document for verification. The available document types will be indicated on the screen. Click Take a picture.
Once the system receives the photo, you will see it requesting an access to the camera. At this stage, you will need to take a photo of your face for the system to compare it with the photo on the document. Please note that the face should be in a frontal position, without expressing strong emotions, and well-lit. Glasses, hair, or foreign objects should not obstruct the recognition of facial features. Also, the photo must be taken at the time of verification.
After that, the system will ask you to make several movements so that we can make sure that you are a real person. Follow the instructions on the screen.
After the system accepts your photo and movements, you will need to wait for the profile, photo and document verification by our service.
After the verification procedure is successfully completed, the status in the Personal profile will change to Verified and you will receive a contract with the service by email. Signing the contract is not a mandatory requirement for using the service. Contract signing is done through the third-party electronic signature service Xodo Sign.
Things to notice:- If your passport is old, hardly readable or handwritten, please use another valid document, such as a driver’s license or an international passport
- Photos of the document and the user’s face must be taken at the time of verification; screenshots from device screens or other media will not be accepted by the system
- For the security of the service, additional identity verification may be required, including a phone call or a portfolio request. The service may initiate additional verification at any time to prevent or stop fraudulent activities
How to get verified
Fill in your profile information in My profile, then go to the Verification tab and click on Start verification process.
The camera is activated so you can take a photo. Check that the document is completely present in the frame, and that the page with a photo of your face is open. The edges of the document must be included in the frame, and glare, reflections and foreign objects must not interfere with the reading of the data.
If you see the interface in another language, click on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen and change the language.
