Creating a customer:
You can proceed to create a customer in two ways:


  1. Open the Home section and click the "Add new customer" button.
  2. Open the Customers section and click the "Add New" button.

WHAT TO PAY ATTENTION TO


  • Customer = Payment Sender. The payment will be declined if the customer details in the invoice do not match the actual payer's information. The service reserves the right to verify the provided details and request confirmation at any time.

  • If you want to transfer intellectual property rights for your work to your customer, after creating the customer, go to the "Intellectual Property Contract" tab and click the Sign Intellectual Property Contract button. An agreement will then be sent to your email, which you need to sign. Once signed, both you and your customer will receive a copy of the signed agreement via email.

  • If you use the Fast payment via Stripe option to receive payments, you do not need to manually create a customer. The invoice and customer will be created automatically.
If your customer is a legal entity (company or sole proprietor), select Company and fill out the provided form.

Intellectual Property Contract - a contract for transferring intellectual rights to the result of your work to the customer. You can sign it at will.

Click on the Send button, and an agreement will be sent to you by e-mail. After signing, you and your customer will receive a signed instance by e-mail.
Customer's country

If the required country is not in the list, please contact our support to request its addition.
Full name of the customer's company
Tax ID, VAT ID, or company registration number
Legal address of the customer's company
Contact person (optional field)
Contact email
Phone number for contacting the customer's representative (optional field)
After filling in all the fields, this button will turn green and allow you to save the data

When the customer fills the form of authorization, he will appear in the Customers section in your personal account, and a notice will be received by your mail.
If your customer is an individual, select Private person, enter the customer's email and click the Send link button to send an invitation letter to their email
Or send an invite link to your customer's email
Copy an invite link and send it to your customer
Select a stock or platform from the drop-down list
After selecting a stock, this button will be highlighted and will allow you to add a customer

If you are withdrawing funds from stocks or platforms, select Stock or Platform. From the dropdown menu, choose the platform from which you want to withdraw funds.
