Closing documents

EasyStart provides all the necessary accompanying documentation for both you and your customer.

After completing the verification process in the service, a contract between EasyStaff LP and you will be sent to your email. Signing the contract is not a mandatory requirement for using the service. The contract signing is сarried out through the third-party electronic signature service Xodo Sign.

All the invoices you create for payment are stored in the History -> Invoices.
In the History tab of your service account, you will find the following closing documents:

1. History -> Invoices → invoice with status Paid → Bill.pdf

Currency: matches the currency in which the funds were credited to your EasyStart balance
Withdrawal fee: not considered — the amount stated is the one before deducting the fee, i.e., the sum credited to your balance in the service
Withdrawal method and card/account number: as specified in the Payout details section in your account at the time of fund crediting

2. History → Payouts → payout operation → Bill.pdf

Currency: matches the currency in which the funds were credited to your EasyStart balance, and also indicates the amount in the withdrawal currency
Withdrawal fee: considered — the amount stated is the one after deducting the fee, i.e., the actual payout amount
Withdrawal method and card/account number: as specified in the Payout details section in your account at the time of fund payout
Additionally, we can provide a contract for signing between your customer and our service. If needed, you can request it through our customer support.
