HOW TO RECEIVE PAYOUTS

Select your country, currency, and the appropriate payout method. Available options:
-> to PayPal
-> to a bank account (Bank Account/Wire Transfer)
-> to a bank card (Bank Card)

After entering your payment details, you will be prompted to create a HyperWallet account (Create an Account). You can do this to avoid entering your details again in the future.

If you have any questions about the HyperWallet account, we recommend checking the F.A.Q. section at the provided link or contacting HyperWallet support.

Fill in the required fields with up-to-date information in Latin characters.

Click the Continue button and enter your current payment details. Make sure the details belong to you and are entered correctly.

Processing time:
-> Bank card or PayPal: up to 1 business day
-> Bank account: 2–4 business days

Once you request a payout, we will process the payment to HyperWallet within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with a link to claim and track your payment.

The link is valid for 7 days. During this period, you must enter your payout details. If the details are not provided within this timeframe, the payment will not be sent and will remain in your EasyStaff Invoice balance. To request a resend, please contact our online chat or email us at start@easystaff.io

In the email, click the Claim Payment button to receive your payment.

Note that there is currency conversion within HyperWallet. Withdraw in your received currency to skip conversion fees.

For EU only: if your total received payments exceed 2,500 EUR/USD, HyperWallet will require you to complete KYC verification (your ID will be needed).

Please note that available payout methods may vary depending on the selected country and currency. Check the list of countries and payout methods.
